Fam Club Mt. Pleasant will take over the space and open its doors in Q1 of 2025. This member-based family club is expanding from its original location in Hudson, NY and offers thoughtful programming, events, and 7-day-a-week drop off care options. Brooke Eyrich with JLL represented the tenant.
