Office Building At 1701 Meeting Street Changes Hands

NAI Charleston is pleased to announce that Dexter Rumsey represented the buyer in the acquisition of a ±3,300 SF free-standing office building downtown in the Charleston neck area close to the Magnolia development. 1701 Meeting Street, located adjacent to The Wonderer, is fully leased to an office tenant and was purchased by PSC, LLC as an investment sale. Clement, Crawford & Thornhill represented the seller, Dr. Ice II, LLC. The property sold for $1.6 million.
