±23,755 SF Former Bank Branch Sold As Investment Opportunity

NAI Charleston is pleased to announce that veteran broker Will Sherrod, CCIM recently facilitated the sale of a ±23,755 square foot former bank branch and additional office space on ±3.7 acres of land at 201 N. Spence Ave in Goldsboro, NC. The property is located approximately one mile from Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and sits near N. Berkeley Blvd., which is the main retail corridor serving the Goldsboro market.

Will Sherrod represented the seller, Lemonade MM Goldsboro, LLC, and Cole Dinges of Re/Max Complete represented the buyer, FBLP2, LLC. The property sold for $950,000.

“The disposition of these former bank branches can be a challenge in some cases,” said Sherrod. “I am happy that we were able to find an appropriate investor for the property and sell the property at a price that satisfied my client’s underwriting.”
